The GROW Port Women program, implemented by STI, has been key to this recognition. This program has made significant progress in increasing female representation in the port from 9% to 27%. This success is attributed to the implementation of bias-free recruitment processes, constant training and the creation of professional development opportunities, which are part of the terminal's talent management.
