The National Environmental Certification Service for Sustainable Investments (SENACE) approved on April 4, 2025, the Environmental Technical Report (ITS) corresponding to the expansion of the solid bulk loading and unloading system and discretionary works at the Salaverry Multipurpose Port Terminal, operated by Salaverry International Terminal.

This significant investment of more than one million seven hundred thousand US dollars (US$ 1.7 million) consists of expanding the solid bulk loading and unloading system and implementing discretionary works at the northern port terminal to improve its operational efficiency and optimize solid waste management, among other improvements.

With this milestone that guarantees the environmental viability of the project aimed at strengthening the logistical competitiveness of northern Peru, Salaverry International Terminal demonstrates its commitment to responsible development by integrating operational efficiency with respect for the environmental and social surroundings.
